All cancellations require a 48 hour notice.

Cancellations / reschedules made 24 hours before / day of will be charged 50% of your estimated service cost.

This deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment, this deposit will only be carried over once.

Cancellations made day of with no reschedule will be charged 100% of estimated service cost

No call/no shows will be charged 100% of your estimated service cost and will not be allowed to prebook future appointments.

All color and lightening services require a card on file to reserve your appointment time. Your card will not be charged initially and is only kept on file to protect against last minute rescheduling and cancelling. By leaving a card on file you are agreeing to the cancellation policy listed above.

You will receive multiple texts reminding you of your appointment, please click the link sent to your inbox to confirm your appointment. Please show up to your scheduled appointment on time, clients more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and subject to a fee.

In the rare occurrence that there is a miscommunication during the consultation process, please reach out within 1 week to make the appropriate adjustments, free of charge. Any changes made after 1 week will be charged accordingly.
